- To request information if your data has been processed,
- To learn the purpose of processing and whether it is being used in accordance with that purpose,
- To know the third parties to whom the data is transferred domestically or abroad,
- If processed inaccurately or incompletely, request correction,
- Request deletion or destruction of data within the conditions stipulated by law,
- Object to an outcome unfavorable to you resulting from the analysis of processed data exclusively through automated systems,
- Request compensation if you suffer damages due to unlawful processing of your personal data.
To exercise these rights, you can submit your request in writing along with documents verifying your identity to the above-mentioned email or postal address. Your requests will be concluded free of charge within thirty (30) days at the latest.
Regarding the Amendment of the Agreement: This disclosure notice may be updated from time to time in light of legal and technical developments. The updated text becomes effective as soon as it is published on our Platform.
