Your personal data is collected directly from you through tools such as membership, contact, and order forms on the Platform, or automatically via cookies and similar technologies.

Our data processing activities are based on the legal grounds specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the KVKK:

• Establishment and Performance of a Contract: Performance of the Terms and Conditions agreement between you and us.

• Compliance with Legal Obligations: Fulfillment of legal requirements such as tax and e-commerce regulations.

• Legitimate Interests of the Data Controller: Improving our services, ensuring security, and preventing fraud.

Pursuant to Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:

• To learn whether your personal data is processed,

• To request information if it has been processed,

• To learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used in accordance with that purpose,

• To know the third parties to whom data is transferred domestically or abroad,

• To request correction if it is incomplete or inaccurate,

• To request deletion or destruction of data under the conditions stipulated by law,

• To object to the occurrence of a result against you due to analysis exclusively by automated systems,

• To claim compensation for damages if you suffer losses due to unlawful processing of your personal data.

To exercise these rights, you may submit your request in writing, together with documents verifying your identity, to the email or postal address stated above. Your requests will be concluded free of charge within a maximum of thirty (30) days.

Right to Amend

This Privacy Notice may be updated from time to time in light of legal and technical developments. The updated text becomes effective as of the date it is published on our Platform.
