This Copyright and Content Policy (“Policy”) has been prepared to regulate the procedures and principles regarding the copyrights of all content on the www.beatneed.com website operated by BEATNEED LTD and its associated digital platforms (“Platform”), the use of such content, materials provided by users, and infringement notification processes.

BeatNeed;

In relation to the content available on the Platform, BeatNeed operates as a publisher with no prior review obligation.

images, videos, cover designs and promotional materials,

These contents may be owned or licensed by BeatNeed, or they may be user-provided content.

3. User-Provided Content and Liability

With regard to all content that users submit to the Platform or provide via a form:

they declare that they own the copyrights to the content or have obtained all necessary usage permissions,
that they do not infringe the copyright, trademark, personality or related rights of third parties,
that the publication of the content is not unlawful

they declare and accept this in advance.

All types of legal, criminal and financial liability that may arise from these contents belong exclusively to the User who provides the content.

BeatNeed does not accept initial liability for claims that may arise from such content.

4. Use of Visuals and Media

4.1. User-Provided Visuals

BeatNeed is not responsible for the existence of copyright and usage permissions for images, videos and other media content provided by the user.

4.2. Visuals Provided by BeatNeed

In magazine and editorial content, BeatNeed may use third-party stock images or licensed media sources.

These visuals are used in accordance with the terms of use of the relevant license providers.
However, BeatNeed cannot be held liable for any disputes that may arise from associating the content with specific persons, brands, or works.

5. Social Media and Promotional Shares

The content published on the platform may be shared on BeatNeed’s own social media accounts or published as a joint post with the User.

These shares:

are made for the purpose of promoting and disseminating the content,
do not constitute a guarantee regarding the copyright or legal status of the content.

The User who provides the content is also responsible for any claims that may arise from social media shares.

6. Content Produced by BeatNeed

BeatNeed may from time to time produce content through its own editors or writers.

In these contents, the:

texts belong to BeatNeed or are licensed,
visuals may belong to BeatNeed, be licensed, or come from stock sources.

BeatNeed assumes copyright responsibility for the content it produces itself.

7. Copyright Infringement Notice (Notice & Takedown)

If it is claimed that any content infringes copyrights or other rights, the relevant person must send a written notice containing the following information:

the link (URL) to the allegedly infringing content,
a statement or document regarding ownership of the rights,
a detailed explanation of how the infringement occurred,
full name or company title,

8. Review and Content Removal

BeatNeed:

reviews the notice within a reasonable time,
may temporarily or permanently remove the content if it deems necessary,
may suspend or close the relevant User account in case of repeated infringements.

The removal of content does not mean that BeatNeed accepts liability at the outset.

9. Abuse and Groundless Notices

Bad-faith, misleading, or groundless copyright infringement notices may give rise to legal liability.

In such cases, BeatNeed reserves the right to ban the person from the Platform and to pursue legal remedies.

10. Editorial Discretion and Publication Right

BeatNeed is under no obligation to publish any submitted content.
The publication or removal of content is entirely within its editorial discretion.

11. Policy Changes

BeatNeed reserves the right to update this Policy in line with legal or operational requirements. The updated text enters into force on the date it is published on the Platform.
