- Technical and Usage Data: IP address, browser type, operating system, your login and logout times to the site, pages you viewed, time spent on the site, and other anonymized or personal usage data.
- User Content Data: Beats, news texts, images, profile photo, comments, and other content you upload to the platform.
- Marketing and Communication Data: Data including your communication preferences for marketing notifications and e-newsletters.
4. Methods and Legal Reasons for Collecting Personal Data
Your personal data is collected by the following methods and based on the legal reasons stated in articles 5 and 6 of the KVKK:
- Data Collected Directly From You: Provided directly by you through membership forms, order forms, contact forms, or by sending us emails. - Automatically Collected Data: Collected automatically during your use of the Platform through cookies and similar technologies. (Legal Reason: Legitimate interest, explicit consent)
5. Our Purposes for Processing Personal Data
We process your personal data for the following purposes:
- To create and manage your account on the platform.
- To provide the services we offer (beat sales, PR services, etc.) and fulfill our contractual obligations.
- To process your orders and payment transactions, and to perform billing.
- To carry out revenue sharing processes and make payments.
- To communicate with you and respond to your support requests.
- To analyze the platform’s performance and improve and develop our services.
- To ensure the security of the platform and prevent fraud.
- To fulfill our legal obligations (tax, e-commerce legislation, etc.).
- If you give permission, to send you marketing notifications about campaigns, promotions, and announcements.

Your personal data may be shared with the following third parties domestically and abroad, in line with the purposes stated above and in accordance with articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK:

- Legal Authorities: Courts, prosecutors, and other authorized public institutions and organizations in case of a legal obligation.
- Business Partners: Artists or companies with whom we carry out revenue sharing or joint projects (to the extent necessary).
7. Duration of Personal Data Retention
Your personal data will be retained for as long as necessary for the purposes for which they are processed and for the retention periods prescribed by the applicable legal regulations (e.g., Turkish Commercial Code, Tax Procedure Law). Once the purpose is no longer valid or the legal retention period expires, your data will be deleted, destroyed, or anonymized.

Pursuant to Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:
- To learn whether your personal data has been processed,
- If processed, to request information about this,
- To learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used in accordance with its purpose,
- To know the third parties within or outside the country to whom the data is transferred,
- To request correction if the data is incomplete or incorrectly processed,
- To request deletion or destruction in accordance with the conditions set forth in Article 7 of the KVKK,
- To request that the third parties to whom the data has been transferred be notified of the correction, deletion, or destruction operations,
- To object to the emergence of a result against you by means of exclusively automatic systems analyzing the processed data,
- To request compensation in case you suffer damages due to unlawful processing of your personal data.
To exercise these rights, you may submit your request in writing to our email or postal address mentioned above along with documents proving your identity. Your request will be concluded free of charge within thirty (30) days at the latest.
