REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY


Effective Date: 17.02.2026


This Policy governs the payment, cancellation, and refund terms applicable to services provided by BeatNeed Ltd (“BeatNeed”).

BeatNeed is a digital service provider. Due to the nature of the services offered, the following terms apply.


1) General Principle

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing:

• Payments are non-refundable
• Initiated services cannot be cancelled
• Delivered services cannot be reversed

BeatNeed does not guarantee results, performance, or commercial success.


2) Digital Services

The following services provided by BeatNeed:

• Digital marketing services
• Advertising management
• User acquisition & growth services
• Consulting services
• Content & campaign services

are not eligible for refunds once initiated.

Service initiation is deemed to occur upon any of the following:

• Planning of the work
• Start of operational processes
• Advertising / campaign setup
• Strategy / analysis work
• Allocation of resources


3) Subscriptions & Packages

Subscription and package payments are collected in advance.

Unless otherwise stated:

• No refunds for partial usage
• Unused periods are non-refundable
• Suspension of services does not create a refund obligation


4) Label Services

All Label-related commercial relationships are governed by a separate Label Agreement.

Revenue sharing, accounting, termination, and refund conditions are subject to the applicable agreement.


5) Organisation / Booking Services

Booking and event operations are governed by a separate Organisation / Booking Agreement.

Due to third-party dependencies:

• Event cancellations
• Date changes
• Platform / artist / venue decisions

do not create a refund obligation for BeatNeed.


6) Exceptional Refund Cases

BeatNeed may issue refunds at its sole discretion.

Such cases are limited to:

• Legal obligations
• Technical errors
• Duplicate charges
• Clear accounting mistakes

Exceptional refunds do not constitute precedent.


7) Chargebacks / Payment Disputes

In cases of unauthorised chargebacks, disputes, or suspected abuse, BeatNeed reserves the right to:

• Suspend services
• Restrict account access
• Halt deliveries
• Initiate legal action


8) Acceptance

Any party purchasing services from BeatNeed is deemed to have accepted this Policy.
