RETURN AND CANCELLATION POLICY

This policy governs the payment, cancellation, and refund conditions for the services provided by BeatNeed Ltd (“BeatNeed”).

BeatNeed is a digital service provider. Due to the nature of the services offered, the following conditions apply.


1) General Principle

Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing:

• Payments made are non-refundable

• Initiated services cannot be canceled

• Provided services are non-reversible

BeatNeed does not guarantee results, performance, or commercial success.


2) Digital Services

Provided by BeatNeed:

• Digital marketing services

• Advertising management

• User flow & growth efforts

• Consulting services

• Content & campaign work

the right to a refund does not arise when initiated.


The commencement of the service is deemed to have occurred in any of the following situations:

• Planning of the work

• Initiation of the operational process

• Setup of advertising/campaign

• Strategy/analysis work

• Resource allocation


3) Subscriptions & Packages

Subscription and package payments are collected in advance.

Unless stated otherwise:

• No refunds will be given for partial usage

• Unused periods are non-refundable

• There is no obligation for refunds even if the service is suspended


4) Label Services

All commercial relationships under Label are governed by a separate Label Agreement.

Revenue sharing, accounting, termination, and refund conditions are subject to the relevant agreement.

5) Organization / Booking Services

Booking and event operations are governed by a separate Organization / Booking Agreement.

Due to processes dependent on third parties:

• Event cancellations

• Date changes

• Platform/artist/venue decisions

do not create a refund obligation for BeatNeed.


6) Exceptional Refund Cases

BeatNeed may issue a refund at its sole discretion.

These cases are limited to:

• Legal obligations

• Technical errors

• Double collections

• Obvious accounting mistakes

Refund decisions do not set a precedent.



7) Chargeback / Payment Disputes

In case of unauthorized chargebacks, payment disputes, or suspected abuse, BeatNeed may:

• Suspend services

• Restrict account access

• Halt deliveries

• Initiate legal action


8) Acceptance

Anyone purchasing services from BeatNeed is deemed to have accepted this policy.
